I’m not offline on Steam, I haven’t enabled/disabled any mods and I’m the only user on my PC. After 1.29.4 (4a70) eu4 patch, my savegames no longer let me earn achievements with message: ‘Achievments cannot be earned this session. Either you are offline or the save game belongs to another user, is edited, or saved with incompatible DLCs’. Probably the reason is checksum has changed.
