Everything major came back as being in great … read more, 3/2/2013 · I have a 2009 TZ1 Turbo, bought it new in 2008 , and still keep it for at least one more year. There is no substitute for this cruiser, and I am not brand loyal. The belt issue was only for the 2009, offset and horisontal cluth alignment was the issue . Cat fixed this for 2010 and up Z1/ TZ1 turbos, and forgot all the 2009s.
1/4/2013 · my 2008 tz1 lxr with a non turboed 4 stroke is losing antifreeze out of the over flow tube. i checked the water pump and the thermostat and both are working fine. i also had the coolant resivor cap tested and it tests at 17lbs. I ran the sled in good snow and the cooler lines in the back seem to be working fine and getting warm.
